Remote Support
The Sabre Outpost is designed for seamless remote support, ensuring reliable operation without the need for on-site intervention. If an issue ever arises, technicians can log in remotely, access system logs, and run diagnostics to quickly identify and resolve problems.
With full remote access, there’s no need to physically retrieve a unit—software and hardware checks can be performed from anywhere in the world. This minimizes downtime and keeps every Outpost functioning optimally.
Additionally, software updates can be deployed remotely to one or all units at once, ensuring every Outpost stays up to date with the latest features, security patches, and performance improvements.
24/7 Helpdesk

During major events, our team can be on standby at the command center, offering real-time support and coordination to keep operations running smoothly.
With round-the-clock assistance, Sabre ensures your Outpost network remains operational and effective, no matter the situation

Component Swap-Out
The Sabre Outpost is built with a modular design, making repairs and maintenance quick and hassle-free. If a component fails or is damaged, it can be easily swapped out by anyone with Sabre’s guidance and a basic screwdriver—no specialised training required.
To ensure minimal downtime, replacement units can be kept on hand in nearby areas for rapid deployment. This allows for quick fixes without needing to remove or replace the entire system.
Key components like solar panels, controllers, batteries, cameras, the Sabre control box, and the Sabre sensor box can all be replaced individually, keeping the Outpost operational in any conditions.
